The Suited Systems IFAK Pouch is a rugged, IRR-treated Cordura® carrier built to safeguard and organise lifesaving medical supplies. Sold empty, it gives medics and prepared civilians the freedom to load mission-specific contents in a layout optimised for fast trauma care.

Aim of the Product

Engineered as a tear-off, laser-cut MOLLE pouch that lets you mount securely on belts, chest rigs or packs—then rip free in seconds when every heartbeat counts. Elastic loops, an inner sleeve and twin mesh lid pockets stage components in logical order.

Audience

Military and law-enforcement operators, search-and-rescue teams, remote-area guides and preparedness enthusiasts who want EU-made durability and the ability to customise their own IFAK load-out.

Product Use

• Weave the laser-cut MOLLE base onto your gear; secure with the side-release buckle.
• To deploy: pull upward to tear off the pouch, unzip via the dual non-locking pulls.
• Load tourniquets, hemostatics, chest seals, etc., into elastic bands, inner sleeve and double mesh pockets following your preferred treatment algorithm (e.g., M.A.R.C.H.).
• Re-dock the pouch to its base and buckle for rapid re-use.
