Usage Instructions

• Chronometer: Press START/STOP to begin timing, SPLIT/LAP to record intervals. Display shows split (top), lap (middle), and total time (bottom). Up to 200 splits/laps can be stored.
• Memory Recall: Press RECALL when stopped to review times. SPLIT/LAP displays fastest/slowest, START/STOP shows average.
• Timer: Set up to 10h countdown. At expiry, an audible beep sounds and the timer repeats automatically.
• Pacer: Select cadence (10–320 bpm) with SPLIT/LAP. START/STOP activates audible beeps at chosen rhythm.
• Alarms: Dual alarms adjustable via SPLIT/LAP + START/STOP. Activate/deactivate using RECALL.
