Care Instructions

• Clean the knife in hot water with dish soap and dry with a clean cloth.
• Avoid using a dishwasher as it may damage the blade and handle.
• Do not cut bones or frozen food to prevent edge damage.
• Always use wooden or plastic cutting boards. Avoid ceramic, glass, or marble boards.
• Maintain sharpness using our D12 or DC521 sharpeners.
