Spyderco ARK fixed blade knife
Description
The ARK - abbreviation for "Always Ready Knife" - is a small but highly capable and versatile knife. The design is a collaboration between John Shirley and Sam Owens. Incredibly compact, yet with outstanding handling, the ARK is highly capable even for tougher jobs. The blade of the ARK is made from nitrogen-alloyed H1 steel and is essentially 100% corrosion-resistant. The fiberglass-reinforced handle is directly molded onto the tang, and provides secure and comfortable handling under any weather conditions with the bi-directional checkering. Designed as a neck knife, it is carried in the polymer sheath around the neck with a ball chain. Extremely slim and lightweight, the ARK is barely noticeable until needed.
