Blizzard safety goggles from Edge Tactical Safety Eyewear, with ballistic-tested, triple scratch-coated, polycarbonate panoramic lens with unique Vapor Shield anti-fog technology. Blizzard's panoramic glass has been tested to EN166 F CE, ANSI Z87.1 + 2015 and MCEPS (Military Combat Eye Protection System) GL-PD 10-12 and offers a large field of view. The glass filters out 99.9% of the UVA / UVB / UVC radiation. The flexible and padded frame has ventilation slots at the top and bottom for good ventilation. The elastic, silicone-coated headband (30 mm) is connected to the frame by means of a hinged joint, providing a perfect fit. The narrow frame makes the Blizzard suitable for wearing with helmets. The scope of delivery includes a removable correction insert and a dust-proof cover made of flame-retardant material. The Blizzard is an excellent ballistic goggles for professional military use, even under the most demanding conditions.

Lense types:

G-15:

The US Air Force developed the special G-15 technology in the 1950s. Extensive light spectrum experiments revealed that the transmission of green and yellow light could be maximized at 550 nanometers (the two colors best perceived by the human eye). The result is a neutral and lifelike perspective with high contrast and sharpness. The G-15 glasses have a light transmission of 15% and filter 99.9% UVA / UVB / UVC rays.

Clear glasses:

The clear glasses are for indoor and outdoor activities and conditions. They have a light transmission of 15% and filter 99.9% UVA / UVB / UVC rays.

Edge Vapor Shield Technology:

The Edge Vapor Shield anti-fog technology is incorporated into the lenses, providing permanent anti-fog protection, both inside and out. In conventional glasses, the anti-fogging technology is usually applied only on one side and loses its effect through wear and must be replaced by anti-fog spray or cloths.
