Description
Fastlink goggles from Edge Tactical Safety Eyewear, featuring ballistic-tested, triple-scratch coated polycarbonate lenses with Vapor Shield anti-fog technology. Lenses have been tested to EN166 F CE, ANSI Z87.1 + 2015 and MCEPS GL-PD 10-12 (Military Combat Eye Protection System). The glasses filter 99.9% of the UVA / UVB / UVC radiation. The comfortable wrap-around frame is made of indestructible TR-90 nylon polyamide, tested to EN166 S CE.Lense types:
G-15:
The US Air Force developed the special G-15 technology in the 1950s. Extensive light spectrum experiments revealed that the transmission of green and yellow light could be maximized at 550 nanometers (the two colors best perceived by the human eye). The result is a neutral and lifelike perspective with high contrast and sharpness. The G-15 glasses have a light transmission of 15% and filter 99.9% UVA / UVB / UVC rays.
Tiger's Eye Glasses:
The copper-colored Tiger's Eye lenses filter blue light, reducing eye strain and fatigue and enhancing depth perception. They are very rich in contrast and perfect for cloudy and hazy days. The Tiger's Eye glasses have a light transmission of 50% and filter 99.9% UVA / UVB / UVC rays.
Clear glasses:
The clear glasses are for indoor and outdoor activities and conditions. They have a light transmission of 15% and filter 99.9% UVA / UVB / UVC rays.
Edge Vapor Shield Technology:
The Edge Vapor Shield anti-fog technology is incorporated into the lenses, providing permanent anti-fog protection, both inside and out. In conventional glasses, the anti-fogging technology is usually applied only on one side and loses its effect through wear and must be replaced by anti-fog spray or cloths.
