REAL Fruit Muesli – Apple
A light yet filling breakfast from Norway’s REALTurmat line. Freeze-dried oats, raisins, pineapple and apple chunks combine with skimmed milk and a hint of cinnamon. Ready in 3 minutes; delivers 428 kcal to start the day.
Ingredients
62 % muesli (oats, whole-grain wheat, 15 % raisins, 10 % pineapple [sugar, pineapple], corn flour, oat flour, sugar, salt, barley malt) • 31 % powdered milk (skimmed milk powder, sugar, 1.8 % cinnamon) • 7 % apple chunks. Allergens: gluten, milk (lactose).
Preparation
- Tear open pouch at upper notch.
- Add 230 ml cold or warm water (to fill line).
- Stir well, reseal, wait 3 min.
- Tear at lower notch, eat straight from pouch.

Why freeze-dried?
