Helikon-Tex® Cougar Soft-Shell Jacket
Developed for law-enforcement and plain-clothes operators, the Cougar blends civilian styling with rapid tactical access. Its lightweight Shark Skin soft-shell provides wind-/rain-resistance and 4-way stretch comfort, while the patented QSA™ zips give instant reach to a concealed side-arm or belt kit without unfastening the main zipper.
