A hard-wearing self-inflating sleeping mat available in three thicknesses (2.5 cm · 5 cm · 10 cm). 190 T polyester with PVC coating protects a high-density PU foam core that delivers reliable insulation and comfort season after season. Sewn-on compression straps and a supplied stuff-sack keep the mat compact for transport.

How to Use

1. Unroll the mat, place valve uppermost and open the screw valve one turn.
2. Allow the PU foam to expand (≈ 5 min).
   Tip: blow a few extra breaths if you prefer a firmer feel.
3. Close the valve hand-tight.
   To pack away, open the valve, roll towards the valve to force out air, close the valve and secure the built-in straps.
