The Templar’s Gear TG-CPC ROC GEN4.1 is a flagship modular plate carrier designed for professional use with 25×30 cm hard ballistic inserts (10×12" / SAPI-style plates) and back liners in both front and rear plate bags. Constructed from high-strength Cordura® 500D and Cordura® 500D-based “Baucent” laminate, it uses a monolithic laser-cut design that reduces weight while preserving full camouflage integrity and durability. All fabrics and components are IRR treated.

The carrier provides extensive MOLLE-compatible surface on the outer shells, a modular front panel interface and a rear panel with YKK® Vislon zippers for attaching dedicated zip-on back panels and packs. COOLMAX® mesh lining on the plate bags and comfort pads improves ventilation and comfort during prolonged wear, while 2M ROC buckles offer fast and secure donning/doffing.

Product Use

The TG-CPC ROC GEN4.1 is designed to carry hard ballistic plates sized 25×30 cm (10×12" / SAPI size ±0.5) in its front and rear internal pockets, along with soft backers/liners where required. The outer laser-cut MOLLE surfaces accept pouches, IFAKs, magazine carriers and other equipment. The front plate bag includes side-wing expansion pockets for mounting additional pouches under the cummerbund.

The skeletonised cummerbund uses 2M ROC buckles for rapid release and attachment. CURV® polymer reinforcement inside the MOLLE rows maintains shape and improves load-bearing performance, while elastic nylon at the rear section provides adjustability and flexibility. Cable and tube routing is facilitated by guides on the plate bags and via padded shoulder straps.

Front panels are modular and interchangeable, and the rear panel is equipped with zippers for Templar’s Gear zip-on panels, packs or mission-specific configurations.

Note: Size ranges are approximate and do not account for radios, MOLLE wings, side plates or other equipment mounted under the cummerbund. If in doubt or if the fit is incorrect, contact the seller to exchange cummerbund sizes. For optimal function, the entire hook Velcro area should be used.

Care & Maintenance

• Remove plates and gear before cleaning.
• Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water.
• Do not bleach, machine-wash, tumble-dry or dry-clean.
• Allow to air-dry completely away from direct heat or sunlight.
• Regularly inspect stitching, ROC buckles and MOLLE slots, especially after heavy use.
