The Direct Action® Dragon Egg Enlarged Backpack is a 30-liter extended version of the brand’s acclaimed Dragon Egg model – developed for users who demand more storage capacity without compromising on ergonomics, modularity, or reliability. With its military-grade Cordura® 500D nylon construction and smart layout, this pack is equally suitable for tactical use, law enforcement, outdoor adventures, and everyday carry.

Thoughtful Layout & Quick Access

The backpack offers two hydration bladder compartments for maximum versatility:

• One inside the main compartment
• One padded external pocket with rear access – ideal for a tablet or a 15” laptop

The main compartment includes a zippered mesh pocket for small essentials, while the front compartment is equipped with an internal organizer for structured storage of gear such as radios, notebooks, or multi-tools. Two stretch side pockets accommodate water bottles or compact accessories, and a velour-lined top pocket safely stores eyewear or electronics.

Modularity with Purpose

The Dragon Egg Enlarged features laser-cut MOLLE/PALS panels on the front, sides, and waist belt, allowing for seamless expansion without unnecessary bulk. Its reinforced top carry handle is made from 5.5 meters of paracord – deployable in emergencies for survival use, field repairs, or tie-downs.

Stability & Comfort on the Move

Contoured shoulder straps and a detachable, ergonomic hip belt ensure stability and weight distribution during high-mobility operations. The belt can also be used independently with the included lightweight Y-harness, offering extra versatility in the field.
