The KJ-140 delivers rock-steady, symmetrical sharpening for long, flexible or tapered blades. Its 140 mm (5½″) clamp centres any knife up to 10 mm thick, automatically compensating for wheel diameter so both bevels match perfectly – no maths, no guesswork.

Specification

3-step angle setup

1. Snap the jig onto the universal support.
2. Align the pointer with your knife’s protrusion scale.
3. Raise / lower the support until the pointer meets your chosen edge angle – grind!
