It contains the essentials for rapid self-aid or buddy-aid in bleeding control, airway support, chest injuries, circulation and hypothermia management. Packed in a flat, vacuum-style pouch for fast access and easy placement in packs or plate carriers.

This kit is intended for trained users performing immediate trauma care in tactical, range, hunting, law-enforcement or field settings. It supports interventions following the MARCH algorithm: Massive hemorrhage control, Airway management, Respiration (chest injuries), Circulation and Hypothermia.
According to Latvian Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 720 (adopted 21 November 2017, in force since 1 January 2018), the use of certain invasive medical devices such as needle decompression (dekompresijas adata) is legally restricted. These items may be applied only by certified medical personnel — such as military medics, rescue medics, or licensed healthcare professionals. They are not intended for civilian self-use without proper certification and training.
