The StormCare Down Wash is a specially formulated, pH-balanced cleaner designed for all down-filled items such as jackets, trousers, sleeping bags, and quilts. Household detergents strip away the natural oils from down clusters, reducing loft and insulation. StormCare Down Wash gently cleans while preserving natural oils, maximizing loft, and ensuring long-lasting warmth and breathability.

Each 225 ml bottle provides three washes and can be combined with Storm Down Proofer in the same wash cycle to restore both cleanliness and durable water repellency (DWR).

Product Use

Shake well before use. Pour 75 ml into the detergent compartment of your washing machine. For proofing, add 75 ml of Storm Down Proofer into the conditioner compartment. Use a 30°C delicate or sports cycle.

Drying: Drip dry for 20 minutes, then tumble dry on low. Pause periodically to manually plump the item, ensuring the down is evenly distributed. For best results, use Storm Down Balls to maximize loft.

Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash hands after use.
