A flexible 155 mm blade of recycled Swedish stainless steel (SGM® S-ASE101, ~56.5 HRC) glides through cleaning and filleting tasks, while a lime-green, rubberised handle secures your grip year-round. The polymer sheath, complete with removable belt clip and loop, keeps the knife hygienic and at the ready on belt or pack.
