Helikon-Tex Wolfhound Jacket – Lightweight Insulated Jacket

The Helikon-Tex Wolfhound Jacket is a lightweight, warm and highly packable jacket designed for field use, outdoor activities and everyday wear. It combines Climashield® Apex™ synthetic insulation with a wind-resistant outer fabric, offering reliable thermal comfort in changing weather conditions.

Climashield® Apex™ Insulation – Warmth Even When Wet

Unlike down, synthetic insulation continues to provide warmth even if it becomes damp. The 67 g/m² Climashield® Apex™ insulation used in the Wolfhound does not clump, remains breathable, and recovers well after compression.

Windpack® Nylon – Protection Against Wind Chill

The outer shell is made from Windpack® Nylon, a lightweight, quick-drying fabric designed to reduce the chilling effect of wind during breaks, low-intensity movement, and everyday outdoor use.

Hydrophobic Outer Finish

The fabric is treated with a hydrophobic coating that increases resistance to dirt and light moisture. This helps the jacket stay cleaner for longer and makes it easier to maintain.

To improve mobility, the Wolfhound features VersaStretch® panels under the arms. These flexible inserts help the jacket move naturally with the body during active use.
