The Direct Action® VANGUARD Combat Trousers are high-performance field pants designed to deliver maximum mobility, durability, and tactical functionality. Made of robust NyCo Ripstop fabric reinforced with Cordura® 500D in critical areas, these trousers are ready for intense missions across urban, forest, desert, or mountain environments.
Flexibility Where You Need It
To provide full mobility in every position—whether kneeling, prone, or climbing—the VANGUARD trousers feature 4-way stretch softshell inserts in the crotch, seat, and behind the knees. These elastic panels ensure unrestricted movement, superior comfort, and long-lasting flexibility even during dynamic activities.
Organization and Functionality
- Hip pockets with reinforced edges to resist wear from knife or flashlight clips
- Front zippered pockets with internal organizer for small gear
- Thigh and calf pockets with hook-and-loop closure, also usable as dump pouches
- Cordura® knee reinforcements double as internal pockets for protective pads
Adjustment and Fit
The circumference of the knees and leg cuffs can be adjusted via Velcro® panels for personalized fit and comfort. The main closure features a Velcro® fastener with a secure zipper fly, ensuring both simplicity and reliability. These ergonomic adjustments guarantee compatibility with a wide range of footwear and protective gear.
