The Axiostat Military Haemostatic Gauze is a sterile, single-use, non-absorbable haemostat designed for rapid control of moderate to severe bleeding in emergency and trauma situations. With its Z-fold configuration, this 150 cm gauze is ready for fast deployment into deep wounds. Made from 100% natural chitosan, it works on a unique PBT® (Protonated Bioadhesive Polymer) charge-based mechanism, creating a strong bio-adhesive seal to stop bleeding effectively while leaving no debris in the wound.
